Who You Are Contracting With

Acceptable Use

You agree to upload only files you own or have explicit authorization to use, and to use the platform lawfully. You will not use LuminousPGX to generate harmful, unlawful, or abusive content.

Intellectual Property

The LuminousPGX platform, including its AI models, design, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of your conversations and uploaded files.

PGX Credits & Payments

PGX is a BEP-20 utility token issued on BNB Chain on a fixed supply of 21,000,000, used to pay for services on this platform. Engagements are arranged as a one-time setup fee with an included PGX allocation — there are no recurring subscriptions, per-seat charges, or auto-renewal, and additional allocations are one-time purchases. All allocations are final: once the PGX tokens have been transferred to the wallet you provided, the sale cannot be cancelled and no refund, reversal or exchange is available, including for unused or partly used tokens.

PGX is self-custodial. Allocations are transferred from our treasury to a BNB Chain wallet address you provide, and you hold the private keys. We do not hold, control or have custody of your tokens, cannot move, freeze or reclaim them, and cannot recover them for you. Tokens sent to an incorrect address or on the wrong network may be permanently lost, and loss of your private keys means permanent loss of access to your tokens; neither is recoverable by us. You are responsible for the accuracy of the address you provide and for the security of your wallet.

PGX is a utility token, not an investment product. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice or a promise of price, yield, buyback or return. The full list of risks is set out in our Risk Disclosure, which forms part of these terms.

Refunds and Complaints

No refunds after purchase. Because allocations settle on-chain and are irreversible, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once tokens have reached your wallet, and we do not buy tokens back. This applies regardless of whether, or how quickly, you use them.

The only exceptions are (a) where a refund is required by mandatory consumer law that applies to you, and (b) where we have received your payment and failed to transfer the tokens you paid for, in which case we will refund the amount paid for the tokens not delivered. Nothing in these terms excludes a right you have under a law that cannot be excluded.

If you believe a payment was taken without a transfer, or you have any other complaint, write to support@luminousar.com with the date, amount and wallet address. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and to resolve them within 14 business days. If we cannot resolve it, you may refer the matter to the consumer protection authority in your jurisdiction.

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain reliable service, LuminousPGX does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The platform may experience downtime, maintenance windows, or service interruptions. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service unavailability.

Limitation of Liability

LuminousPGX shall not be liable for any decisions made based on our AI-generated responses. Users are solely responsible for how they interpret and act upon the information provided.

You acquire, hold and use PGX entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from market movements in the value of PGX, from your own wallet security or key management, from transfers to an incorrect address or on the wrong network, or from your decision to acquire or dispose of tokens.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction of registration]. Any disputes arising from your use of luminousPGX shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you are entitled to where you live.
