PGX Credits & Payments

PGX is a utility credit that powers your team's AI assistant. AI Enablement Packages are sold as a one-time setup fee with an included PGX credit allocation — there are no recurring subscriptions, no per-seat charges, and no auto-renewal. Additional PGX top-ups are one-time purchases. Fees are non-refundable once the setup and credit allocation have been delivered. PGX is a scarce utility credit, not an investment product, and nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice.

Limitation of Liability

Luminous shall not be liable for any decisions made based on our AI-generated responses. Users are solely responsible for how they interpret and act upon the information provided.
